Easily and efficiently decorate with full-color graphics onto nearly any fabric with Print & Cut. With a low temperature application of just 245° F, even heat sensitive fabrics like nylon and acrylic can be decorated with this lightweight printed vinyl.

Pre-Press

Proof & Test Print
Proof your order before application to sellable goods or garments. Test print one of the extra transfers provided with your order. To conduct multiple tests, cut the extra transfer into 2 or 4 pieces.

Pre-Heat
Pre-heat garment 3-5 seconds to remove any excess moisture.

Application

Cover sheets are not recommended. If you use a cover sheet, you must adjust your settings to accommodate for the loss of heat.

Cotton, Poly, Blends
➤ Temp: 285°F
➤ Dwell: 20 seconds
➤ Pressure: medium-firm
➤ Peel: hot

Nylon, Acrylic
➤ Temp: 245°F
➤ Dwell: 5 seconds (+15 covered with parchment paper)
➤ Pressure: medium-firm
➤ Peel: cold

TIPS & TECHNIQUES

Flat Surface
Avoid obstructions such as zippers, seams, or buttons which will cause inconsistent pressure.

Wash/Care Instructions
Machine wash garment inside out using warm water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not iron on decoration.

Shelf Life
When properly stored, this product is guaranteed up to six months from the date of production.
